This thesis deals with entry knowledge and overall IT education company situation analysis. Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.

Electronic support for subject Computer hardware

This thesis deals with the creation of an electronic course, designation of a reliable support system for testing and also with the preparation and suggestion of testing questions for a Computer hardware subject. Another part of the thesis is the appending Graphical User Interface (GUI) for generation of questions of type “Cloze”. It means “Embedded answer” in Moodle. Nonetheless, the significant part of the thesis is the designation of its own E-learning information system. This system enables the students to have the opportunity to educate themselves and also to get prepared for the successful completion by passing the electronic exam.

It contains basic information about the composition of the business plan and introduces a concrete compiled draft, worked out on the basis of multiple analysis.
Possibilities of educational MOOC courses

The diploma thesis explores the possibilities of MOOC online courses and their implementation for ČSN EN 1591-4 standard. Firstly, Czech and global providers of MOOCs are discussed and compared. There are over 220 million MOOC active users globally. Then, the content of a course regarding the ČSN EN 1591-4 standard is created. This standard defines the necessary knowledge that mechanicians must acquire to install flange joints in critical applications. In the experiment, the importance of lubricating the fastener is pointed out. The outcome of the thesis is ten videos in Czech and in English that cover the courses' content and the experiment. The author entered a discussion with a Dutch Engineering Trainer platform which expressed interest in the ČSN EN 1591-4 course. In the end, the possibilities of course commercialization, fees, and profit are explored. There are several MOOC platforms open to publishing a course. Nevertheless, it is not possible to post the same course on two platforms simultaneously.
Outdoor activities and sports courses at secondary schools in the Nymburk region

Title: Courses of outdoor sports and activities in high schools of the Nymburk district Aims: The primary aim of this work was to map the offer of courses of outdoor activities and sports in high schools of the Nymburk district. Methods: The results for this work were collected by the for of questionnaires. Seven high schools from the Nymburk district were included in the research of this work, with either personal or electronic communication. The questionnaire contained 17 questions and the collected results were analysed using standard statistical methods. The final findings were visualised and interpreted using graphic charts. Results: We have determined that all the surveyed high schools offer at least two outdoor courses for their students. Private schools offer the most nature activities and sports courses - 6 and 4 courses. The most common offered course was a ski course, which was available at all the surveyed high schools. It was also the most popular course among the students (85,7 %). The second most frequently offered course was an adaptation course (85,7 %), and a 57,1 % of the surveyed schools also offered a water touring course. Conception and Preparation of Special Physical Training Courses in the Czech Armed Forces

The bachelor thesis focuses on the description of military climbing as an educational process in relation to the military curriculum. The thesis describes the system of documents that are central to the development of courses and training in the Army of the Czech Republic. In general, the thesis describes the importance of individual publications or regulations and attempts to focus on details that are essential for education. The aim of this thesis is to make recommendations based on interviews with climbing instructors and further analysis. The recommendations should help the Army instructors improve their training through possibly newly written publications that could contribute to better education.
